Inspiral Carpets - Life












Something to cheer you Madchester lot up. I saw these live back in 1993 and they were supported by The Real People (All their singles are here) and The Stairs, It was a fantastic night, follies of my youth!!! Stand out track for me are Directing Traffik and Sackville.

Life is the debut studio album from British indie band Inspiral Carpets. It was released in 1990 on Mute Records during the period dubbed Madchester by the British media. The group released 3 singles from the album, Move, This Is How It Feels and She Comes In The Fall, the latter two in different versions to those found on the album.
